Pinot American Brasserie: Bottles, Booths, and Black Interior

Photography by Allison Jones

The craft paper has come down from Bill King's behemoth Pinot American Brasserie, and the inside's all a-sparkly: True to his carefully crafted "modern brasserie" concept, the sprawling interior houses three dining rooms (including one in the back for Indigo residents to grab-and-go breakfast) with black-and-red grommet-ed booths and peekaboo wall cutouts to house the restaurant's namesake wine bottles. Pinot kicks things off this weekend with several "Friends & Family" soft-opening events, including a special brunch for building residents; the spot opens to the public on August 2.
