Over at PF&D, the Dude reports more upcoming menu changes at Metrovino under the guidance of new chef Victor Deras: Namely, halting Sunday dinner service in favor of Sunday brunch. According to co-owner Todd Steele, "My earliest years were spent in the South, often times our morning meal was the meal of the day. So I am excited to play around with brunch. Crispy poached eggs go well on so many things?" Expect brunch to debut in around three weeks. [PF&D]
