Last week, it was all about Kenny Giambalvo's menu for Bruce Carey's Pearl District Bluehour. Today, Eater brings you a striking option: the Matt Christianson Thanksgiving Brunch at downtown The Nines hotel restaurant Urban Farmer, followed by a four-course prix fixe if wagyu beef brisket hash and fried chicken & waffles just aren't gonna cut it.
