The Pearl District's latest bakery (joining Pearl Bakery, and nearby NW bakeries Ken's and St. Honore), opens today. Recently Plywooded, Lovejoy Bakers is running on a twice-daily baking schedule of loaves, pastries, baguettes, and more. Owned by Pizzicatto owners Marc and Tracy Frankel and run by former Pearl Bakery baker Dan Griffin, this is the fourth operation to try and make it in this particular spot.
