The day is here and the hour is nigh for 23Hoyt and Saucebox alum Chris Israel's long-awaited solo effort, Grüner. That's right, folks. After a few weeks of preview dinners, a few days of photo shoots, and a friends-and-family party, the downtown restaurant officially opens its doors tonight (!!!).
