Saucebox executive chef Gregory Gourdet has been blowing up the Facebook with Haitian relief reminders for the last week, and the Oregonian explains it all. Turns out Gourdet, who hit PDX from NYC about a year and a half ago, spent a year in Haiti as a kid and has tons of family there.
