News about San Sebastian's molecular gastronomy cooking school first broke a few months ago, but even though the Basque Culinary Centre isn't slated to open until September 2011, now a few more details (and renderings of the design!) have emerged. Both Ferran Adria and Heston Blumenthal will be lecturers, and there will be a host of programming options, including four-year undergrad degrees, one year Masters, and shorter courses "for cooking enthusiasts."
