Eat Beast, Help Haiti

Beast chef Naomi Pomeroy has been hinting around at something coming up at her 30th & Killingsworth place, and just announced the lineup. Tuesday, January 26th and Tuesday, February 2nd, Pomeroy and sous-chef Mika Paredes will be rocking two seatings, cooking donated food, serving donated wine, and being the culinary backdrop to music from some PDX DJ's. Also on the event menu, figured out along with Connie Wohn and Elise Bartow, a silent auction feature gift certificates to the Ace Hotel, a book of poems by local hero Matthew Dickman, wristbands to September's Musicfest NW, beers from Saraveza, and a Stumptown T-Shirt. Does it get more Portland? No, no, no, no, and oh hell no.
