Great news for vegan foodies: Chef Aaron Adams will be expanding both the menu and hours at his animal-product-free Italian spot Portobello Vegan Trattoria. Beginning tomorrow night, Adams will cook up a traditional four-course prix fixe tasting menu — featuring antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolce — in addition to the a la carte offerings; for mid-day Portobello cravings, lunch service (featuring simple offerings like pizza, sandwiches, and salads) is scheduled to start on October 24.
