In honor of Tasty N Sons being named "Restaurant of the Year," the crafty folks at Willamette Week didn't just plop the name of the breakfast joint on another boring wood plaque that chef John Gorham could nail to the wall.
Instead, WW spared no expense and engraved a shiny meat cleaver with the auspicious honor; pairing it with a chop-worthy cutting board. No word where Gorham will place this one. Castagna received one too as "Runner-Up." Talk about your sharp-edged critique.
