SOUTHEAST: As baker extraordinaire Ken Forkish promised earlier this year, Ken's Artisan Pizza will be open seven days a week beginning this Monday: Another day, shorter waiting times? One can only hope.
ALBERTA: Pine State Biscuits' Alberta location begins its late-night hours this weekend, serving up the best drunk food ever (and $3.50 pints) beginning at 9pm (and going, vaguely, until "late, late, late!") on Fridays and Saturdays.
HAWTHORNE: Trent Pierce's seafood spot FIN — which (shameless plug!) found its own spot on our brand-spankin'-new Eater Heat Map — is also changing its hours of operation, shifting to service from Tuesday to Saturday.
