MasterChef Season Two Casting in Portland

Hey foodie: So Top Chef is for the pros, but think you have the chops to open your own restaurant? Well, does Fox have the show for you! Masterchef — the American Idol of food competitions — is holding open auditions in nine cities across the country for its second season, and Portland is on the list.

All you need is to do is fill out their 12-page application, bring a photo of yourself and of a plated dish, and bring a dish "to be served at room temperature." No exact place and time has been announced yet, but mark your calendar for Portland's audition stop on December 11.
