Red Star Tavern pays homage to its 100-plus choices of whiskey with the debut of Whiskey Wednesdays tomorrow. This initial tasting, led by the Sazerac Company, includes four bourbons, food by chef Thomas Dunklin and a lesson in Bourbon 101.
