In this town's grand tradition of drinking to local chefs' TV appearances, the boys at Gilt Club — chef Chris Carriker and owner Jamie Dunn — are throwing a post-show party tomorrow night to celebrate the airing of Carriker's episode of Meat & Potatoes. Food and drink specials will be available at the bar (including the episode-featured "quail in a jar" and $5 BLT cocktails, which mix up basil, lemon, tomato, and bacon salt) after 11pm; the Rahm-Fama-hosted episode of Meat & Potatoes airs at 10pm on the Food Network.
