With winters' rain and wind quickly approaching, food truck and pod owners are gearing up for cold weather. While they're "not trying to build mini-restaurants," tent-like shelters, propane heaters, and pipe insulation will hopefully ensure sustained business through the winter: Also, the D-Street Noshery is totally going to have an in-tent fire pit.
