Blogtown reports sighting of another new food cart pod: Green Castle is taking applications for carts in a vacant lot on NE 20th between Everett and Davis Streets. Green Castle is just the latest entry in the list of new-to-the-scene pods, including the just-opened D-Street Noshery, A La Carts, and the upcoming Carts on Foster.
