The New School beer blog reports that SE Milwaukee will soon get its very own you-brew-space-slash-brewpub, where owners Jason Webb and Aaron Gillham will serve their own beers — and provide a space for DIY home brewers to experiment with their own recipes. Says Gillham of the dual-use space, dubbed Portland U-Brew (or P.U.B.): Consider it "all the fun of brewing without all the work... which is where we come in."
