This one's going to be packed: The authors of Cartopia, Portland's FoodCart Revolution are throwing a book release party tonight at SE's Art Department space, with food (by Feastworks), drink (by Captured by Porches and Teutonic Wines), and a(n expected) heavy turnout from your favorite neighborhood cart owners. The free event fetes from 6pm to 10pm.
