The staff at Aaron Barnett's Lyonnaise Bouchon-influenced St. Jack is shaping up: A tipster reports that the ChefStable-backed project has just poached Bluehour pastry chef Alissa Rozos to cook up the dessert menu. (It's the second big staff departure from the Bruce Carey restaurant of recent note, with bartender Tommy Klus officially stepping down as bar manager last week).
And things appear to be full-steam-ahead for the St. Jack crew — according to reports, a "friends and family" soft opening is scheduled for the week of December 6.
