Oh hey, rainy season's back: which means it's the time of year when cuddling up with a hot beverage is the only way to feel any kind of warmth until May. (Hyperbole!) But seriously: Tonight, Smith Teaworks stays open later than usual (until 8:30pm) for a tea-themed trunk show featuring free samples of Steven Smith Teamaker brews, wine, and Missionary chocolates (for those not in the know, Smith's the man behind now-mega-companies Tazo and Stash, and his newish eponymous line focuses solely on small-batch teas). During the event, the teamaker himself will be on-hand to give guided tours and lead sampling: We suggest stocking up on brews before snowpocalypse hits this weekend.
