Looking for something more masochistic than Salvador Molly's "Feast of Fire"? Visit any mall in America on Black Friday. To soothe the shopping pain (and/or create another clusterfuck, depending on how you look at it), Flash Kitchen, a mobile kitchen and public cooking class, makes its second splash at the Bridgeport Village shopping mall next Friday, with Jenn Louis (from Lincoln) and Patrick Miller (from 50 Plates) cooking up dishes inspired by turkey leftovers. And in a dose of holiday charity, sponsor Whole Foods will donate $1 to Ecotrust’s Farm to School program for each spectator that shows up.
The kitchen kicks off at the Village's central court beginning at noon.
