The Hollywood District's seafood spot Cabezon celebrates its first anniversary this week with a $28 three-course prix fixe menu cooked up by chef David Farrell (served every night except for Thanksgiving, obvs). Though the restaurant seems to have flown largely under the media's radar for the past 365 days, it appears that the Yelpers really like it. Someone please go and report back, kay?
