In order to concede the Oregon governor's race to John Kitzhaber, who would later be declared the official winner, Republican gubernatorial candidate Chris Dudley had reporters convene outside an unlikely spot: Lake O's El Ranchito Mexican restaurant, where he gave the spot's drinks a high endorsement.
