This just in: An "All About Erik" party tonight at Le Pigeon will toast chef Erik Van Kley's last official night in the Le Pigeon kitchen; as previously reported, he's moving to the head chef spot at Gabriel Rucker's hotly anticipated second spot, Little Bird. According to the event invite, "we're featuring two of his favorite dishes, the seared foie gras starter and the brined pork shoulder main course, paired with lovely wines and lots of stories."
