The patisserie side of things (featuring macaroons and madelines by former Bluehour pastry chef Alissa Rozos) has been open since last week, but we have the first look inside the just-completed St. Jack restaurant, which will open to the public tonight for a series of pre-sold soft opening dinners (through Wednesday, December 20). In addition to the gorgeous floor inlay and antique chandelier, check the chalkboard with some sneak peeks from Aaron Barnett's menu, including house-made pates, wild mushroom puff pastry, and apple tarte tartin. St. Jack opens to the public on December 27.
