All this week, Trent Pierce and his "So Hot Right Now" seafood restaurant Fin are celebrating the season with a Italian-American tradition: Inspired by the fiesta dei sette pesci, Fin's Seven Fishes tasting menu offers four Italian-infused courses for $35 (in addition to a la carte options). The special menu, available only this week, includes dishes like bacalla served both carpaccio-style and as ravioli stuffing.
