Nine Weeks til Classic Wines Auction's Dinner Series

The annual verifiable orgy known as the Classic Wines Auction’s series of Winemaker Dinners is still more than two months away, but with the esteemed laundry list (featuring 29 chefs pairing with 50 wineries), no reservation can come too early. Participating restaurants for the March 1-3 fest include Clyde Common (with Antica Terra and Boedecker Cellars), Laurelhurst Market (with Sleight of Hand Cellars and SYZYGY), Metrovino (with Beaux Frères and Cristom Vineyards), Grüner (with Brooks Wines), Andina (with Adelsheim Vineyard and Syncline Wine Cellars); among a slew of others (many of the Eater 38 faves). Regardless of dining destination, all dinners during the fundraising event (proceeds go to local childrens' charities) cost a cool $150 including all pairings; reservations are being accepted now. Get on it.
