American Flatbread: "Debris All Over The Place"

News on the downtown outpost of American Flatbread, the Vermont-based chain of oven-fired pizzas slated to hit Portland sometimes around late spring/early summer, according to the most recent report from owner Matt Wilson, is that the North Park Blocks site has moved from the WTF stage into the fully-under-construction stage. An eagle-eyed tipster reports:

There was a worklight on yesterday, scaffolding up inside, and old paint being chipped away from the walls. I did not see anybody working, but the fact that the light was on and debris was all over the place tells me they've resumed work.
Developing. Tips, construction shots, rumors, welcome as ever.
