Koi-Fused About Studio 1

Is Koi Fusion, the popular traveling Korean taco bus, taking a stab at finding a permanent home in the Pearl District and getting out of the food truck biz? If the photo just snapped by Eater operatives is any indication it sure looks like it. A new sign— Koi @ 1, Korean Oregon Infusion—has been draped over the old Studio 1 sign and indicates that at least some changes are afoot. And, perhaps, just in time. A recent visit to the (now) former Studio 1 included a virtually empty restaurant and a shot of jelly-flavored vodka rimmed in peanut butter. Which could only be improved by the addition of a kimchee quesadilla?
