Today is National Pancake Day (obviously) and to celebrate, IHOP is serving up a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7AM to 10PM. Though the grub is gratis, IHOP asks that guests make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network, a non-profit dedicated to improving children's hospitals. Plan lunch breaks accordingly. [EaterWire]
