Michael C. Zusman about his plans for the menu, his take on French food, and his ideal death row meal. Word is his changes so far are "just the tip of the iceberg," he likes Clinton St Scandinavian place Broder for breakfast, and his last meal would be a Double-Double from In-n-Out, followed by a"huge plate of hamachi sashimi."
