A report on this weekend's Mobile Chowdown III, held up in Seattle and with three Portland participants: KOIfusion, Potato Champion, and a roaming Burgerville truck. (!) The verdict doesn't come down for one city or another given the complete inequality of number of vendors, but here's a little gospel truth vis a vis the two Korean taco trucks: "If I had to choose one over the other, I would pick KOi.
