Two newbies—Starchy and Husk and Yogi-Yo —have rolled their carts onto the pavement at Refuel Station North (a former auto detailing shop, left). They join another new meal-truck-on-wheels: the just-transplanted-from-downtown Caraquena Venezuelan. Starchy and Husk's—keeping with the local tradition of cutely-named carts—offers a selection of gourmet mac-n-cheeses. Yogi-Yo (which translates to "over here" in Korean) is a graffiti-tagged, pimped-out purple cart serving up Korean "street food." Both are scheduled to open in early April, bringing the number of cart options at RSN now up to nine (and counting).
