What’s up doc? Two-time James Beard “Best Chef Award” finalist Cathy Whims won't actually serve rabbit as part of her three-course, $36 Easter dinner at Nostrana. But she will produce plenty of food that bunnies would like—dandelion salad (with ham and egg), nettle flan and carrot soup. The heartier mains include halibut, lamb and an herbed roast chicken. Reservations are available on Easter Sunday (April 4), beginning at 5 p.m. Should be plenty of time to burn off your morning chocolate bunny high. Complete menu is here.
