David Briggs, one-man foietella-creating Raleigh Bar-producing pimenton-including chocolate maker behind Xocolatl de David, is looking for, ahem, "lab techs" to help him out what with testing his latest creativities. "While I have a plethora of family, friends, and co-workers around always eager to sample the newest creations I have come up with, I always like it when people, whom I have no connection to on a regular basis, are able to taste my latest chocolates and give me some honest feedback.
