Party For Koifusion @1: Were You In The K-hole?

First reports in regarding the invite-only party celebrating Koifusion@1's opening in the old Solo/Studio One space (and due to its below-ground location could easily go by the name "K-hole" from this moment on) is that last night's shin-dig had all the right stuff. Were you there? Did you sample the menu of Korean-Oregon fusion inspired food—like the K-Tacos in soft corn tortillas stuffed with Bulgoki BBQ Beef, Spicy Chicken or Pork, Korean Braised Beef Short Rib meat, or Spicy Tofu? Or the Korean Beef Sliders, Korean Quesadillas, Spicy Korean Fries? How about the KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), created by Chef Joe Anderson, formerly of Carlyle Restaurant and the Portland City Grill?
