Dine With Stars At Culinary Trust Dinner

New, 1 comment

Word has just come in that famed cookbook authors and culinary icons Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg (left) willl host the only IACP Dinner open to the public on Friday, April 23. It's a five-course meal to benefit The Culinary Trust prepared by some of Portland's top chefs and purveyors (Naomi Pomeroy, Jason French and Adam Sappington among others). But dining with the stars doesn't come cheap. The cost for the April 23 dinner is $145 for IACP members and $165 for non-members [UPDATE: dinner price for non-members has just been reduced to $145]. Karen and Andrew are authors of "The Flavor Bible" which won a James Beard award in 2009.
