There will be liquor. The former Holden's Bistro space at Northwest Glisan and 14th is evolving into Kin Restaurant. An operative on the street reports a beautifully refinished floor, an application for a full liquor license on the door, and an opening date sometime in mid-May. Word is the menu will be Asian, with noodles, seafood, and a big focus on happy hour. But what about that name? Is it Asian-Beverly Hillbillies fusion?
