Hungover masses, rejoice: While chef Andy Ricker heads to NYC this weekend to find out if he's a James Beard winner, his universally-loved, tourist-friendly, but insanely addictive Pok Pok will debut its Saturday and Sunday lunch service — meaning every weekend here on out, PDX can now sop up the previous night's drinking on the patio with Ricker's pork belly and wings. We're so excited about this, we might start downing Singhas right now to order to prepare.
