Hot off yesterday's Oregonian story about the state's burgeoning rabbit industry, N. Williams' Lincoln Restaurant will support its local (rabbit) farmer with a three-course, all-rabbit dinner next Wednesday. (The dessert, obviously, is carrot cake.) For those still a little squeamish at the thought of eating the Easter bunny, chef Jenn Louis will be on-hand to talk guests through dinner. Prediction: Guilt trip included, the rabbit will definitely be better than (even Louis' version of) Gefilte fish. Guaranteed.
