Update Regarding Naomi Pomeroy's Appearance in Newsweek

Speaking of Cochon, it looks like Beast's Naomi Pomeroy is scheduled to get a full-page spread in the next issue of Newsweek. But it's not just another story about Pomeroy. It's a feature on pork. According to photographer, Alicia J. Rose, who shot the now famous image (right) of Pomeroy holding a dead pig on Sauvie Island awhile back, Newsweek is using the strangely evocative photo to illustrate a porcine-packed piece. Time to add another page to Pomeroy's never-ending magazine mentions. The issue hits stands Monday.
Update: Over the weekend Eater was informed that the image of Pomeroy will not be included in the issue.
