Another cook's out of the kitchen. PortlandFood.org confirmed over the weekend that chef de cuisine Drew Lockett has parted ways with pricey Pearl District restaurant Bluehour. Lockett, who first made a name for himself at Bluehour, the flagship of local restaurateur Bruce Carey's mini-empire, jumped ship to serve as executive chef of Portland's favorite whipping boy Aquariva, only to return in 2008. Bluehour executive chef (and co-owner) Kenny Giambalvo remains; no replacement has yet been named.
