Updated: FIN Retains Name, Announces Menu Items

Trent Pierce's highly-anticipated seafood spot FIN, housed in the space formerly occupied by Daniel Mondok's Sel Gris, is NOT changing its name to FINPDX. (Updated: The name change Tweeted above refers to the restaurant's Twitter account. Apologies for the confusion, Trent!) Pierce's official Twitter account (the website is TBConstructed) also pimps a few upcoming menu items, including butter-poached lobster, grilled cuttlefish with curry-lobster emulsion, and an albacore dish with kimchi-infused green apples. Shivering with anticipation? Grab a sweater — the restaurant's projected opening: July.
