Hot off the NYTimes' semi-confirmation that New York restaurateurs Frank Falcinelli and Frank Castronovo are planning a Portland locale, a tipster (who's known of plans in the works for the past two months) pins down the probable locale: The empty storefront next to Stumptown Coffee's SE Divison spot (aka the "original" Stumptown).
