Willamette Week's annual drinking guide — a.k.a. this town's best "journalism assignment" ever — hits stands today, and with more than 100 featured watering holes, there are more than enough excuses to head out and kill liver cells. But most noteworthy? The rag's Top Five list of Five Restaurant Bars for Hard Drinking Foodies, which hails Beaker & Flask ("try anything with pork or octopus"), Metrovino (with big ups to the Enomatic dispenser), Ten 01, Clyde Common, and Lincoln (where "the Berlioni, a Cynar-based Negroni, was made to go with Jenn Louis’ cavatelli"). What, no love for izakaya Tanuki? Janis Martin is gonna be so pissed.
