Bo Kwon really gets around. After coyly dropping some hints about a new locale, the mastermind behind the Korean taco truck fleet KOi Fusion (and the Pearl storefront restaurant Koi Fusion @ 1) announced to Michael Zusman of the Oregonian that he'll open another outpost, dubbed K'fusion, on SW Second Ave this Wednesday. (The most fun part of creating a local brand empire has to be in coming up with spin-offs of the original name. Love it.) In addition to standard lunch hours, the stand will be open until 3 a.m. on weekends for downtown bar crawlers.
