Castagna's Matt Lightner Officially Food & Wine Coverboy

Why, hello there: Matt Lightner (of SE's Castagna and Cafe Castagna) may have been crowned one of Food & Wine magazine's Best New Chefs back in April, but only now does his face grace the annual July issue (with nine other people we're less enamored with). The issue collects each chef's favorite "simple recipe," for which Lightner serves up grilled squid and torpedo onions with sorrel, and features a get-to-know-the-chef video, for groupies' viewing pleasure. Swoon.
