Sol Pops Pops Up in North Williams Storefront

The weather's been far from summery, but warm-weather wellness purveyors Sol Pops has branched out from its festive Farmer's Market cart into a brick-and-mortar location on N. Williams, sharing its bike-themed signage with next-door neighbor Vergnetti's Coffee and Catering. Despite the fact that Sol's fleet of bike carts already boast a combined 40+ flavors (all handmade and sweetened with natural ingredients), the new locale, which opened its doors yesterday, promises an extended menu once the dust settles. Still TBD: the general re-emergence of the sun.
