According to an Oregonian article published this weekend about the up-and-coming East Burnside district, former DOC chef Greg Perrault will unveil his new Old World restaurant June in the first week of July. The New York City transplant (who's cooked at NYC's Bouley, downtown's Park Kitchen, and most recently, the Micah Camden-owned Italian spot) will partner with former Tasting Room cohort Matthew Peterson in the venture. More info as it becomes available: If you've got a tip, our jar's open.
