Mad Props for Foster Burger, Ten 01 Loses Bartender to June

SOUTHEAST: Highbrow foodie mag Bon Appetit has named Foster Burger one of America's top 10 new burger joints: "Burgers here taste of local artisanal ingredients: house-ground beef from Lindsey Ranch, Beecher's cheddar, and Rogue Creamery blue cheese." No mention of the all-star team behind the burgers.

PEARL DISTRICT: Mike Thelin reports that Ten 01 mixologist Kelley Swenson will be leaving the Pearl bar for former DOC chef Greg Perrault's upcoming restaurant, June.
